Jim Moschetti
Jim Moschetti has spent 29 years within railroad and rail services industries and is a seasoned Railroad operations manager. His past positions include project and operational roles for OmniTRAX Rail Services, Chicago Central & Pacific RR Co and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroads.

As the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Jim is responsible for all of QRS operations and short-term strategic planning. As the COO he is the first line of response to our customers. Mr. Moschetti extensive leadership experience and hands on field experience combined with his focus on safety and customer satisfaction is a driving force in QRS quality assurance indicatives. Moschetti graduated from Regis University and holds numerous Railroad and operations certifications.

Brad Burgdorff
Mr. Burgdorff joined QRS in November of 1996 and has served in many capacities within the corporate structure. As the senior employee for QRS, he is a very valued member of our staff. His current assignment as Director of Safety and Compliance requires him to be responsible for all safety protocols, training information, government regulations and adherence to our customer expectations. Prior to joining QRS, he worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad as a Director of Service Evaluation. Mr. Burgdorff earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of Colorado.

Mike DeRosia
Mr. DeRosia joined QRS in September of 2001. He is responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, obtaining short-term/long-term strategic finance objectives. Mr. DeRosia dedication to achieving the Company’s financial strategic goals complements the strong operating management of the company, insuring the financial and operating success of the Company. Prior to joining QRS, Mr. DeRosia worked for the firm Pittenger Gracey Dudden, P.C., a regional CPA firm. His extensive knowledge in public accounting, corporate tax, and corporate finance continues to provide extensive value to all levels of the Company. Mr. DeRosia a Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix at Denver, and a Business Administration Degree from Regis University.

Randy Kurth
Mr. Kurth joined QRS in January 1997 and is currently the Director of Operations.
His broad background in the trucking industry along with his business understanding of all aspects of QRS’s operating department continues to make him an extremely valuable employee. Mr. Kurth is currently assigned the overall responsibility of management of all QRS operations and is assisted by a regional management team that coordinates the day-to-day operations at the local level.

Ron Shmidl
Mr. Ron Shmidl joined QRS in May of 1998 and has served as the Area Manager for the Central Wyoming for many years. As the manager for this Area, he is responsible for maintaining and inspecting all locomotives and railcars, train handling, quality control and customer service. Mr. Shmidl holds numerous FRA, DOT, OSHA and NSC certifications, which complements his multi-faceted background. With over 7 years of Management experience and 20 years of experience in the transportation industry he is a valued member of the Company’s management team.

LaMon Miller
Recently retired from the Army after serving over 20 years, Mr. Miller joined QRS in November 2004. Having served most recently as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for the Army’s Transportation Course in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Mr. Miller brings his skills and the experience of holding various leadership positions within Transportation and Logistics to the company. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science of Business Management degree from Columbia College in Missouri.

Kirk Shelledy
Mr. Kirk Shelledy joined QRS in June of 1998 and has served in his current function of Regional Manager since 2000, and as a DTL Fuel Technician prior to that. He oversees the Southern Division, which includes New Mexico and Texas. Mr. Shelledy manages and organizes all aspects of delivering diesel fuel to Burlington Northern facilities, including all personnel matters. His 12 plus years experience in the trucking industry and his managerial experience as a terminal manager for CF Air Freight and as a supervisor at Winegard Antenna Company are highly valued at QRS.

Van Reed
Mr. Reed joined QRS in August 2004 as the Director of Field Operations over the Southern and Eastern Regions where he is responsible for assisting with the development of budgets, employee training and coordinating the start up of new operations. Prior to joining QRS, Mr. Reed trained BNSF machinists in the Texas Gulf Region, teaching the machinists how to perform scheduled maintenance on locomotives and how to implement basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Mr. Reed spent over ten years at OmniTRAX Leasing with his most recent position as Shop Superintendent. Mr. Reed attended Adams State College and is currently enrolled in the BS Mechanical Engineering Program at Kennedy Western University.

Tony L. Lairamore
Mr. Lairamore joined QRS in March of 2006 as the Northern Division Superintendent. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, he is currently assigned overall responsibility for management of all QRS operations within the Northern Division consisting of Colorado, Eastern Nebraska, Wyoming and North Dakota. Prior to joining QRS, Mr. Lairamore was an Operations Manager for FedEx Express. His work experience includes more than twenty years of operations, transportation and logistics management. His accomplishments include numerous Senior and Regional leadership positions within the transportation industry and he commands and extensive knowledge of OSHA, FMCS and DOT Regulations. Mr. Lairamore earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Colorado State University.
